They are structured and aligned with the UN SDGs and each event is focused on specific strategic outcomes both in terms of content and the world leaders who participate. Sarah Porter is a British technology entrepreneur and founder working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, global technology communities, and humanitarian initiatives. She is the founder and CEO of InspiredMinds!, a global AI and emerging technology community, and the founder of the World Summit AI conference series.
Over the past decade she has built international platforms that bring together researchers, policymakers, scientists and industry leaders working across artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Her work focuses on the practical application of AI across areas including healthcare, research, and responsible technology governance.
Alongside her work in technology, Porter has also been involved in international humanitarian initiatives supporting women and girls in technology, including coordinating evacuation efforts during the fall of Kabul in 2021.
