MARCO DE JONG

Experience Data

“I am Marco de Jong, founder and CEO of Experience Data with more than 25 years of experience in the data field. An innovative team with 15 highly skilled professionals with different backgrounds. I am a CPA by education, but early in my career at EY found my passion in data. Using experience data for better decision making is what I love to do. I am passionate about data but more interested in the human side of data. New technology is undermined if people cannot work with it. Together humans and machines can really make a difference! Our Artificial Assistants humanize the cooperation between AI and users to deliver lasting impact. The Artificial Assistant gathers experience data and fills in the gaps in the existing data foundations. This improves the organization’s data quality. Because of this, valuable knowledge and experience is structurally stored within the organization and not just in the heads of employees.

An Artificial Assistant can be considered an additional employee, one that you’ll never run into at the water cooler. It is an embodiment of algorithms, overseeing mountains of complex data, drawing conclusions and presenting those to its human colleagues as action-oriented recommendations, allowing the organization to easily operate in a data-driven way. How do you transfer all this knowledge and experience in a data model? How do you make decisions using the data? The first challenge is always to transform AI insights to concrete actions. User feedback on these actions provide us the experience data we need to make our solutions fit. Experience data is the team that is dedicated to make this dream come true, focusing on insurance, employability and fruit quality. Data studio, within Experience Data , is a collection of creative specialties that creates data solutions.

Looks at data challenges in a creative way and creates the perfect combination of man and machine. ”
